20-Minute Easy Yukjeon (Pan-fried Beef)
Yukjeon made easily with thin bulgogi-cut beef. No marinating and no complicated sauce needed — just coat the beef in egg and pan-fry until golden. Serve it with a simple onion dipping sauce for even more flavor.

- Black peppera pinch
- Cooking oila drizzle
- Green onion1/4
Sauce

- Soy sauce4 tbsp
- Sugar2 tbsp
- Vinegar1 tbsp

Finely slice 1/4 of a green onion, and thinly slice 1/4 of an onion.

Spread the bulgogi-cut beef out flat and season it with salt and pepper.

Coat the beef evenly with Korean frying mix on both sides.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat, dip the beef in beaten egg, and lay it out flat. You can fry the pieces separately or press them together into one large sheet.

Scatter plenty of the sliced green onion on top.

Fry until golden brown and the yukjeon is done.

Serve with an onion sauce made from soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and onion.
