Yakisoba
An easy version of Japanese yakisoba stir-fried noodles made with instant ramen. Toss cabbage and bacon in Worcestershire sauce and top with a fried egg.

- Bacon2 slices

- Ramen noodles1 pack

- Cooking oil2 tbsp
Seasoning
- Sugar0.7 tbsp
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- Minced garlic0.3 tbsp
- Ground pepperA pinch
Directions

Roughly chop the cabbage and bacon, slice the onion into thin strips, and thinly slice the garlic.

Add the ramen to boiling water, cook until about halfway done, then drain.

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic and onion until fragrant.

Add the bacon and cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat until the cabbage wilts.

Add the boiled noodles and sauce, then stir-fry over low heat, tossing to coat evenly.

Plate the stir-fried noodles and top with a fried egg to finish.
Tips
Boil the noodles only halfway so they stay chewy and don't turn mushy when stir-fried.
