  • Minced garlic1 Tbsp
  • Cooking wine (mirin)1 Tbsp
  • Sesame oil1/2 Tbsp
  • Black peppera pinch

    Finely chop the onion, green onion, and shiitake mushrooms.

    Finely chop the walnuts, or grind them in a blender.

    In a pan, sauté the onion, green onion, and mushrooms with a pinch of salt and pepper until the moisture cooks off.
