Tortilla Bacon Cheese Pizza
A tortilla pizza made by layering cheese between two tortillas, piling on plenty of bacon, corn, and bell pepper, and baking it in the air fryer. No need to knead dough—in just 15 minutes you get a crispy pizza with stretchy melted cheese, perfect as a kids' snack or an easy meal.

- Bacon2 strips
- Pizza cheese (mozzarella)2 cups
- Cheddar cheese1 slice
- Minced onion2 Tbsp
- Minced bell pepper2 Tbsp
- Canned corn2 Tbsp
Sauce & Topping
- Store-bought tomato sauce3 Tbsp
- Black pepperto taste
- Parsley flakesto taste
- Mayonnaisea little

Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces, and finely chop the onion and bell pepper, preparing 2 tablespoons of each. Drain the canned corn.

Spread tomato sauce widely over one tortilla, sprinkle pizza cheese evenly, then tear up one slice of cheddar cheese and scatter it on top.

Cover with another tortilla and spread a moderate amount of tomato sauce on top. Pile on plenty of onion, bell pepper, bacon, corn, and pizza cheese, sprinkle with black pepper and parsley flakes, then drizzle mayonnaise in a zigzag.

Place it in an air fryer preheated to 190°C and bake for 15 minutes—your tortilla pizza is done.
Tips
Adding cheese between the two tortillas lets you enjoy both crispiness and chewiness in one bite. Adjust the time depending on your air fryer model, and take it out when the cheese turns golden.
