Spicy Shrimp Skewers
Shrimp are great on their own — but even better glazed with a spicy-savory sauce. These air-fryer shrimp skewers are an easy beer snack and a camping favorite.

- Starch powderas needed
- Salta pinch
- Black peppera pinch
- Cooking oila little
Sauce
- Chili oil1 Tbsp
- Oyster sauce2 Tbsp
- Sugar1 Tbsp
- Minced garlic1/2 Tbsp
- Cooking wine (mirin)a splash
Directions

Peel the shrimp and remove the heads.

Thread the shrimp onto skewers and season with salt and pepper.

Lightly dust both sides with starch powder, then air-fry at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Mix the sauce, brush it over the shrimp, and air-fry at 180°C for 5 more minutes.
Tips
The starch coating crisps up the shrimp and helps the sauce cling. At a campsite, grill them over charcoal instead.
