  • Anchovy-kelp broth5 cups

  • Gochugaru (chili flakes)2 Tbsp
  • Cooking wine (mirin)1 Tbsp
  • Soy sauce1 Tbsp
  • Oligo syrup1 Tbsp
  • Minced garlic1 Tbsp

Directions

    Slice the green onion.
