- Gochugaru (chili flakes)2 Tbsp

- Soy sauce1 Tbsp
- Oligo syrup1 Tbsp

Slice the green onion.

Thread the fish cakes onto skewers.

In a pot, combine the anchovy-kelp broth and the sauce, and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the fish cake skewers and simmer.

Tips
