Simple Donggeurangttaeng (Pork & Tofu Patties)
Easy, savory donggeurangttaeng you just spoon and fry! Ground pork and tofu are mixed with chopped onion, carrot, and green onion, bound with frying mix, then dropped by the spoonful and pan-fried — great for holidays, lunchboxes, or as a side.

- Tofu120 g

- Carrota little
- Green oniona little
- Eggs3
- Frying batter mix2 tbsp
- Salt4 pinches
- Black peppera little
- Cooking oilgenerous amount
Directions

Squeeze the tofu as dry as possible using a cloth or sieve. (Leftover moisture makes it hard to fry.)

In a large bowl, combine the ground pork and squeezed tofu, and finely chop in the carrot, onion, and green onion.

Add 3 eggs, 2 tbsp frying mix, a little black pepper, and 4 pinches of salt.

Mix everything together evenly.

Generously oil a preheated pan and drop the mixture on by the spoonful.

Fry both sides until golden, then plate.
Tips
Squeeze the tofu as dry as possible in a cloth or sieve so the patties hold together when fried. If the mixture is too wet, add a little more frying mix, and fry slowly over low heat until golden.
