  • Mayonnaise1 Tbsp
  • Shredded mozzarella1 cup
  • Soju (for steaming)a splash
  • Parsley flakesa pinch

Sauce

  • Cho-gochujang (sweet-tangy chili sauce)5 Tbsp
  • Minced onion2 Tbsp
  • Minced green onion2 Tbsp
  • Minced garlic1/2 Tbsp
  • Black peppera pinch

    Place the cleaned scallops in a steamer over boiling water.

    Add a splash of soju and steam for about 4 minutes.

    Mix all the sauce ingredients together.

    Spoon the sauce onto each steamed scallop.

Tips
