- Soju (for steaming)a splash

Sauce
- Cho-gochujang (sweet-tangy chili sauce)5 Tbsp
- Minced onion2 Tbsp
- Minced green onion2 Tbsp
- Minced garlic1/2 Tbsp
- Black peppera pinch
Directions

Place the cleaned scallops in a steamer over boiling water.

Add a splash of soju and steam for about 4 minutes.

Mix all the sauce ingredients together.

Spoon the sauce onto each steamed scallop.

Top with mayonnaise, shredded cheese, and parsley flakes, in that order.

Tips
Steaming with a splash of soju removes any fishy smell. At a campsite, set the scallops right over charcoal for even better flavor.
