Corn Cheese Ingredients
- Canned corn1 can (190g)
- Diced red bell pepper1/2
- Diced orange bell pepper1/2
- Diced onion1/4
- Mayonnaise7 tablespoons
- Sugar2 tablespoons
- Salta pinch
- Black peppera pinch
Directions

Drain the canned corn through a sieve.

Score the sausages with a knife. Scoring on both sides gives an even better result.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the sausages.

Combine all the corn cheese ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Melt the butter in the pan, add the corn cheese mixture, then place the sausages on top.

Sprinkle the pizza cheese on top and cover with a lid. If you don't have a lid, cover with foil.

Once the cheese has melted, sprinkle with dried parsley and serve.
