- Salta little (to taste)

Dice the cucumber into small ~1cm cubes, mince the parsley, thinly slice the red onion, and dice the cherry tomatoes.

Mix the dressing ahead of time, then rinse the quinoa in a sieve under running water, rubbing it gently, and drain.

Add the quinoa to boiling water and cook over medium heat for 15–20 minutes.

Drain thoroughly in a sieve.

Combine everything with the dressing and toss well to finish.
Tips
