Pork Tortilla Kebab Wrap
Pork marinated in a sweet-savory blend of soy sauce, garlic, and ginger is pan-seared until golden, then rolled up in a warm tortilla with crisp cabbage, lettuce, and a creamy peanut-tomato sauce. It's a kebab-style wrap you can enjoy handheld, much like a Middle Eastern shawarma.

Directions
- 1

Prepare 300g of thinly sliced pork (bulgogi-cut).
- 2

Mix soy sauce, jujube juice, minced garlic, minced ginger, mirin, ground pepper, oligo syrup, sesame oil, and salt in a bowl. Rinse the pork lightly, pat dry, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 3

Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the marinated pork, turning often, until the sauce is absorbed and the meat is golden.
- 4

Once cooked through, cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
- 5

Get the peanut butter, cream cheese, and tomato sauce ready.
- 6

Prepare the canned mixed vegetables (corn, beans, carrot, etc.).
- 7

Warm the tortilla briefly in the microwave, top with lettuce and shredded cabbage, then drizzle with tomato sauce and mustard.
- 8

Add the mixed vegetables and plenty of grilled pork, top with cheese, then roll tightly. Wrap in plastic and slice in half.
- 9

Your homemade kebab wrap is ready — juicy pork and crunchy vegetables wrapped in a soft tortilla.
- 10

For an extra-fresh finish, add a spoonful of plain yogurt before rolling.
Tips
No jujube juice on hand? A little sugar dissolved in water works just as well. Swap the pork for chicken breast or beef if you like, and warm the tortilla briefly before rolling so it folds without cracking.
