Cut 250g of dried shredded squid into bite-sized lengths with scissors.

Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise and toss well to soften the squid strips.

In a pan, combine the cooking oil, sesame oil, gochujang, rice wine, plum syrup, oligo syrup, and minced garlic, and bring to a boil while stirring.
