  • Carrot1/2
  • Onion1/2
  • Minced garlic1 tbsp
  • Egg1
  • Spring roll wrappersAs needed
  • Frying oil2 cups

Seasoning

  • Soy sauce5 Tbsp
  • Dashida (Korean soup stock powder)1/2 tsp
  • Salt1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper1/2 tsp

    In a bowl, combine the ground pork, minced carrot, onion and garlic, soy sauce, egg, dashida, salt and pepper, and mix well to make the filling.

    Transfer the filling to a zip-top bag and snip off one corner to use it like a piping bag.

    Lay a spring roll wrapper flat on a plate and pipe a long line of filling along one edge.

    Roll it up tightly to the end and dab a little water on the edge to seal.

    Cut each long roll into three bite-sized pieces with scissors.
