  • Cooked rice2/3 bowl
  • Store-bought inari sushi kit (seasoned fried tofu pockets)1 pack
  • Onion1/4

Seasoning

  • Honey mustard1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise3.5 tbsp
  • Black peppera pinch

    Step 1

    Finely dice the onion and soak it in cold water for 5 minutes to mellow the sharpness, then drain.

    Shred the crab sticks along the grain, then mix with the onion, honey mustard, mayonnaise, and pepper.

    Toss the rice with the furikake and seasoning vinegar included in the kit.

    Squeeze the tofu pockets, fill them about two-thirds with rice, and top with the crab-stick mixture to finish.

Tips
