Katsu Sando (Pork Cutlet Sandwich)
A Japanese katsu sando with a crispy pork cutlet tucked between slices of rye bread, spread with a mix of tonkatsu and mustard sauce. Just one makes a filling meal for one.

- Rye bread2 slices
- Pork cutlet (tonkatsu)1 piece
Sauce
- Tonkatsu sauce3 tbsp
- Mustard sauce1/2 tbsp

Cook the pork cutlet in an air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.

Mix 3 tbsp tonkatsu sauce with 1/2 tbsp mustard sauce to make the spread.

Trim the crusts off 2 slices of rye bread.

Spread the sauce on one slice of bread.
- 5

Place the cooked pork cutlet on top and spread more sauce over it.
- 6

Cover with the other slice of bread and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.

Cut it in half and your delicious katsu sando is ready.
