Directions
- 1

Prepare your ingredients. No plain milk? Strawberry milk works too.
- 2

Mix 1 cup cake flour, 100 ml milk, 1/2 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 tbsp baking powder into a batter.
- 3

Add 1 tbsp butter and 2 eggs and mix until smooth.
- 4

The batter comes together nice and thick.
- 5

Lightly oil a preheated waffle iron so the batter won't stick, then add the batter.
- 6

Don't fill it to the edges — pour in about 2/3 and cook.
- 7

Spread peach jam over the golden waffle, top with canned peaches, and dust with cinnamon.
- 8

Add blueberries and a few baby greens for a café-worthy look.
- 9

Serve with your favorite drink for a lovely brunch at home.
Tips
A well-cooked waffle is good on its own, but even better topped with jam, fruit, and cinnamon. For a crisp exterior, add your toppings right after it comes off the iron.
