Toss to coat and let it rest for a few minutes.

Make the sauce — mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, oligo syrup, minced garlic, cooking wine, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Slice the onion thin and cut the green onion diagonally.
- 4

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork briefly over high heat.
- 5

Add the onion and green onion and keep stir-frying.
- 6

Once the pork is mostly cooked, add all of the sauce.
- 7

Toss with a spatula, mixing the pork and sauce evenly as it stir-fries.
- 8

When the pork is fully cooked, it's done! Wrap in lettuce and enjoy.
Tips
No need to marinate ahead — it comes together fast. Stir-fry over high heat so the pork stays tender.
