Easy Home-Party Lasagna
Make a lasagna that brings restaurant vibes right to your table. Boil the lasagna sheets, simmer a thick beef-and-tomato meat sauce, then layer noodle–sauce–cheese and bake. Even without béchamel — just tomato sauce — it looks and tastes impressive, perfect for entertaining guests.

- Cheese (mozzarella)200 g
- Parmesan cheeseoptional
Meat Sauce
- Ground beef120 g
- Onion, minced1/4
- Minced garlic1 tbsp
- Bell pepperto taste
- Tomato sauce1.5 cups
- Water100 ml
- Oilas needed
- Salta little
- Peppera little
For Boiling the Pasta
- Waterplenty
- Salt1 tbsp

Boil the lasagna sheets in plenty of salted water for 10 minutes.

Use ground beef, and slice the bell pepper to your liking.

Heat oil in a pan and brown the beef, breaking up any clumps, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.

Cook until the beef's moisture evaporates, then add the onion and garlic and sauté.

Add the tomato sauce.

Add the bell pepper and 100 ml of water, and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes until thick. A thick sauce works best.

In an oven-safe dish, layer noodle–sauce–cheese repeatedly, and finish with Parmesan on top. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes.

Once golden and bubbly, it's ready!
Tips
Traditionally you'd add béchamel sauce, but it's genuinely delicious with just tomato sauce. Swap the bell pepper for eggplant, zucchini, or whatever vegetables you have on hand.
