- Carrota little
- Cheongyang chili1
- Pancake mix1/2 cup
- Water1/2 cup

Trim the chives and cut them into 1cm pieces.

Cut the carrot to match the chives and finely chop the chili.

Blend the water, egg, and a small handful of chives in a blender.

Mix the pancake mix with the blended chive liquid to make the batter.

Fold the chives, carrot, and chili into the batter.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the batter in small bite-size rounds until golden.
Tips
Blending some chives into the batter gives it a lovely green tint and a deeper chive flavor.
