Guacamole (Avocado Dip)

    Finely mince the onion and cherry tomatoes, and get a ripe avocado ready.

    Cut the avocado all the way around the pit, then scoop out the flesh cleanly with a spoon.

    Mash the avocado flesh with a spoon — avocado is often called 'butter of the forest.'

    Add the minced onion, tomatoes, and 3 tbsp of lemon juice to the mashed avocado. Add some minced garlic too, if you like.

Tips
