Seasoning

  • Minced garlic1 tbsp
  • Soup soy sauce2 tbsp
  • Perilla oil1 tbsp
  • Cooking oilA little

    Put the fern soaked the day before into a pot with its soaking water, adding enough water to cover it generously. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes.

    Rinse the boiled fern, drain well, and cut any long pieces into bite-sized lengths.

    Thinly slice the green onion and prepare the minced garlic.

    Heat a little cooking oil in a pan, stir-fry the fern, then add the green onion and garlic and stir-fry. Add 2 tablespoons of soup soy sauce and toss to combine.
