Seasoning Sauce
- Red pepper flakes4 tbsp
- Gochujang2 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Plum extract syrup2 tbsp
- Brown sugar1 tbsp
- Vinegar2 tbsp
- Minced garlic1 tbsp
- Oligosaccharide syrup1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp

Cut the green onion into thin strips and soak in cold water to remove the sharp bite.

Slice the onion thinly as well and soak it in cold water.

Cut the cucumber, carrot, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.

Mix all the sauce ingredients to make the spicy seasoning sauce.

Drain the vegetables, cut the whelks into bite-sized pieces, and add everything to a bowl.

Add the prepared seasoning sauce and toasted sesame seeds, and toss everything together evenly.

The golbaengi-muchim is ready. It's even better served with a side of somen noodles.
