Seasoning Sauce

  • Gochujang2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Plum extract syrup2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar1 tbsp
  • Vinegar2 tbsp
  • Minced garlic1 tbsp
  • Oligosaccharide syrup1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp

    Cut the green onion into thin strips and soak in cold water to remove the sharp bite.
