Garlic Bread with Whipping Cream
An easy garlic bread anyone can make with sandwich bread. Whipping cream in the sauce keeps the inside soft while the outside bakes up crisp.

- Room-temperature butter36g
- Minced garlic15g
- Sugar20g

- Whipping cream30g
Directions

Melt the room-temperature butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Start preheating the oven to 180°C for 20 minutes.

Loosen the melted butter with a brush or spoon, then mix in 15g of minced garlic.

Add 20g of sugar and 2g of salt and mix well. (Skip the salt if you don't want it on the salty side.)

Finally, stir in 30g of whipping cream until smooth — the garlic sauce is done.

Cut each of the 3 bread slices into quarters.

Line a baking sheet with parchment and arrange the bread pieces evenly spaced so they bake uniformly.

Brush the garlic sauce generously over the bread — don't be shy, more sauce means more flavor.

Sprinkle parsley over the sauce.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
