A Korean side dish everyone loves and never gets tired of — fish cake stir-fried with onion and carrot in a savory-sweet, slightly spicy sauce. Great with rice or packed in a lunchbox, and ready in just 15 minutes.

- Sesame seedsA little
Seasoning
- Red pepper flakes (gochugaru)1 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Oyster sauce1 tbsp
- Oligo syrup1.5 Tbsp
- Minced garlic1 tsp

First, mix together the stir-fry sauce.

Pour boiling water over the square fish cake to remove the excess oil and impurities from the surface, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Julienne the onion and carrot as well.

Heat oil in a pan, add the fish cake and stir-fry briefly, then add the onion and carrot and stir-fry together.

Add the sauce you made earlier and stir-fry until everything is evenly coated.
