Soft-Boiled Egg Meatballs
A fun snack made with ingredients you can grab at any convenience store. Wrap a glossy soft-boiled egg in mashed meatball, coat it in crushed nacho chips, and air-fry until the outside is crisp and the center is juicy — bite-size meatballs done in minutes.

Microwave the meatballs for 3 minutes, then mash them finely by hand.

Put the nacho chips in a bag and crush them into small crumbs.

Peel the soft-boiled eggs and wrap each one evenly in the mashed meatball.

Coat each in order: flour, then beaten egg, then the crushed nachos.

Place them one by one in the air fryer basket and cook at 170°C (340°F) for 5 minutes.
Tips
For the soft-boiled eggs, boil for 6–7 minutes and chill in cold water so the yolks stay runny. If the meatball won't stick, warm it a little more to soften it — it'll wrap around the egg much more easily.
