Sauce
- Gochujang (red chili paste)1 tbsp
- Ketchup1 tbsp
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Corn syrup2 tbsp
- Minced garlic1/2 tbsp
- Water2 tbsp
- Sesame oil1/2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds1/2 tbsp
- Chives1 tbsp

Cut the tofu into cubes and place on paper towels to drain the moisture.

Season the drained tofu with a pinch of salt and pepper.

In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well.

Put the starch in a plastic bag, add the tofu, and coat evenly.

Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown.

Add the sauce to the golden tofu and stir-fry quickly to coat.

Plate the tofu and top with chopped chives to finish.
