  • Tofu1/2 block
  • Onion1/3
  • Carrot1/6
  • Green onion1/3 stalk
  • Flouras needed

Seasoning

  • Rice wine2 spoons
  • Minced garlic1 spoon
  • Sesame oil1 spoon
  • Salt0.4 spoon
  • Ginger powder0.2 spoon
  • Black peppera pinch

    Finely mince all the vegetables — onion, carrot, and green onion.

    Add 2 spoons of rice wine to the minced pork and let it marinate briefly.

Tips

Squeeze the water from the tofu before mashing so the mixture isn't too wet. Knead it well so the patties hold together while frying.
