Deviled Eggs
Deviled eggs made by filling hard-boiled egg white halves with a mixture of yolk, finely diced vegetables, mustard, and mayonnaise. Great as a light meal or snack, with a tip included for cutting boiled eggs neatly in half.

Boil 3 eggs. Adding 1 tbsp each of salt and vinegar to the water makes the shells peel off easily.

Prepare the filling ingredients — ham, red and yellow bell peppers, green pepper, onion, and apple. Diced cucumber, broccoli, or celery also work well.

Finely dice all the prepared ingredients.

Cut the boiled eggs with a piece of thread or fishing line for a clean, neat cross-section.

Cut the eggs neatly in half.

Separate the yolks into the diced vegetables, then add 1 tbsp each of mustard and mayonnaise plus a pinch of pepper, and mix well.
