  • Thin-sliced pork belly (daepae)500g
  • Salta pinch
  • Black peppera pinch

Sauce

  • Mayonnaise6 Tbsp
  • Lemon juice1 Tbsp
  • Minced pickles1 Tbsp
  • Minced onion1/4 onion

Directions

    Step 1

    Devein and peel the shrimp, remove the heads, then score the underside and press flat so they straighten out.

    Roll each shrimp in a slice of pork belly and season with salt and pepper.

    Sear the rolls in a hot pan until golden all over.

Tips

Scoring the underside of the shrimp keeps them from curling up while cooking, so the rolls stay neat.
