Daepae Shrimp Rolls (Pork-Wrapped Shrimp)
Pork and shrimp — a combo that makes the beer disappear. Shrimp rolled in thin pork belly, seared golden, and dipped in a quick homemade tartar sauce.

- Thin-sliced pork belly (daepae)500g

- Black peppera pinch
Sauce
- Mayonnaise6 Tbsp
- Lemon juice1 Tbsp
- Minced pickles1 Tbsp
- Minced onion1/4 onion
Directions

Devein and peel the shrimp, remove the heads, then score the underside and press flat so they straighten out.

Roll each shrimp in a slice of pork belly and season with salt and pepper.

Sear the rolls in a hot pan until golden all over.

Mix the sauce ingredients and serve alongside the rolls.
Tips
Scoring the underside of the shrimp keeps them from curling up while cooking, so the rolls stay neat.
