Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Soft chocolate chip cookies with a slightly crisp edge and a moist center. Cocoa powder deepens the chocolate flavor, while oligo syrup and baking powder keep them tender and puffy. Scoop the dough by the spoonful, press lightly, and they spread out beautifully in the oven. Dunk them in milk — perfect for a kids' snack.
