Caprese Salad

Caprese salad takes its name from the island of Capri near Naples in southern Italy, meaning 'salad in the style of Capri.' It's a fresh, simple salad made by layering ripe tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, then drizzling with balsamic dressing.
