Caesar Salad
A Caesar salad piled high with crisp whole romaine leaves and generously drizzled with homemade Caesar dressing. Golden toasted bread, crispy bacon, boiled egg, and Parmesan cheese come together for a salad hearty enough to serve as a full meal.

Ingredients

- Romaine lettuce1-2 heads
- White bread1 slice
- Bacon2 slices
- Egg2
- Parmesan cheeseA pinch
Caesar Dressing
- Mayonnaise4 tbsp
- Plain yogurt2 tbsp
- Grated parmesan cheese2 tbsp
- Anchovy fish sauce1 tbsp
- Minced garlic1/2 tbsp
- Lemon juiceA pinch
- SugarA pinch
- Black pepperA pinch
Directions

Mix all the Caesar dressing ingredients together, then adjust the seasoning to taste with sugar and lemon juice.

Put the eggs in a pot with enough water to cover them; once it comes to a boil, cook for 8 more minutes, then plunge into cold water to cool.

Cut the romaine and bread lengthwise into quarters.

On a pan heated over medium-low heat, toast the bread until golden and cook the bacon crisp on both sides.

Place the cooked bacon on a paper towel to drain the grease, then chop it coarsely.

Arrange the romaine, egg, bread, and bacon on a plate, drizzle with the Caesar dressing, and finish by grating block Parmesan cheese over the top.
