Buldak Fried Rice (Spicy)
An addictive spicy buldak fried rice made with the famous fire-noodles! Spam, onion, and egg are stir-fried with the boiled buldak noodles and instant rice, then tossed in the buldak sauce for a fiery, filling bowl.

- Instant cooked rice1
- Spam1 can
- Onion1/4

- Cooking oila little

Prepare the ingredients.

Pound the buldak noodle pack to crush the noodles into small pieces.

Boil the noodles in boiling water, then drain.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion and Spam.

Scramble the egg in one side of the pan.

Add the boiled noodles.

Add the instant rice and stir-fry together.

Add the buldak sauce packet and stir-fry.

Top with the included seaweed-and-sesame powder to finish.
Tips
Crushing the noodles before boiling lets them blend with the rice like fried rice. Add the buldak sauce at the end so it doesn't burn, and adjust the heat with the amount of sauce.
