  • Milk1.5 paper cups
  • Sliced cheese1 slice
  • Bacon2 strips
  • Cooking oila little

  • Wateras needed (to boil noodles)
  • Chopped chivesa little

    Boil the buldak noodles in boiling water, then drain.

    Slice the garlic, julienne the onion, and cut the bacon into 2 cm pieces; lightly oil a pan and saute the onion, garlic, and bacon.

    Once the onion turns translucent, add 1.5 cups of milk and the sliced cheese and bring to a simmer.

    When the cheese has melted in, add the buldak sauce packet and the boiled noodles and toss while reducing.

    Plate, top with the seaweed flakes from the buldak noodle pack and the chopped chives, and serve.

Tips

Simmer the milk-and-cheese cream sauce first, then add the buldak sauce so the heat is softened. Slightly undercook the noodles and finish them in the sauce for extra chew. Use only half the buldak sauce to tone down the spice.
