- Canned ham (Spam)1/2 can
- Cocktail sausages1 cup
- Kimchi1 cup
- Tteokbokki rice cakes1.5 cups
- Ramen noodles1/2 pack
- Sliced cheese1 slice
- Shredded green onion1/2 handful
- Water2.5 cups
Sauce
- Gochujang1 Tbsp
- Soy sauce1.5 Tbsp
- Sugar1 Tbsp
- Sesame oil1 Tbsp
- Black peppera pinch

Cut the ham into bite-size pieces and score the sausages.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl, holding back the sesame oil.

Heat the sesame oil in a pot, sauté the kimchi, then add the water and the sauce.

When it comes to a boil, add the ham, sausages, ramen noodles, and rice cakes, and simmer.

Top with the shredded green onion and a slice of cheese to finish.
Tips
Add the ramen noodles last so they don't get soggy. The melting cheese mellows out the spicy broth beautifully.
