Easy Bread Pudding
A warm bread pudding you can whip up from leftover sliced bread. Soaked in egg and milk, then baked golden on top and soft inside.

Lightly grease an oven-safe dish, then cut the bread into cubes and place them in.

Scatter the dried cranberries evenly over the top. Feel free to swap in raisins or other dried fruit.

Beat the eggs lightly, then whisk in the milk, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.

Slowly pour the egg mixture over the bread so it soaks in evenly, then top with sliced almonds.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes until golden. Adjust the time to your oven.

Once golden, finish with a light dusting of powdered sugar.

Tips
Bread pudding tastes best fresh and warm from the oven. You can swap the cranberries for raisins or chocolate chips.
