Bomb Steamed Egg in Earthenware Pot

Crack 3 eggs into a small earthenware pot and whisk until completely smooth.

Add 1/3 tablespoon of sugar and 1/3 tablespoon of salt, then whisk again until well combined.

Pour in 100 ml of water and whisk again until evenly mixed.

Place the earthenware pot over medium heat and stir with chopsticks until the egg begins to set in small curds.

Once the egg is mostly set in small curds, add the finely chopped green onions.

Cover with the lid and cook over medium heat for 4–5 minutes.

When you lift the lid, you'll find the steamed egg beautifully puffed up and ready to eat.
