Slice the garlic into thin pieces, cut the bacon at 1cm intervals, and finely chop the chives.

Heat oil in a preheated pan and stir-fry the garlic to release its aroma.

Once the garlic turns golden, add the bacon and stir-fry.

When the bacon is golden, add the onion and stir-fry.

Once everything is cooked, add the egg and stir-fry like a scramble.

Finally, add the rice and stir-fry, seasoning with soy sauce to taste.

Tips
Bacon is already salty, so add the soy sauce little by little. Day-old cold rice fries up fluffier.
